Zippo products are crafted with utmost quality and integrity. We stand behind the excellence of our products. However, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.

If you purchased your Zippo product from an authorized Zippo or Case retailer, contact that retailer for details of their return policy.  Zippo.in does not accept returns for merchandise purchased through retail locations.

 

Customized Products

Engraved or customized merchandise CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
