Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD (Cash on Delivery) is now available on our website with a fixed fee of Rs 40. Please note that these charges are non-refundable in the event of returns.

Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses.  We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.

International Orders

We are happy to ship to addresses within the India. We are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of the India., please visit the authorized Zippo retailer in your country.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.

There are several products like: fuel, lighter fluid, and Classic and Slim lighter gift sets that must ship standard ground due to carrier restrictions. If you order other products within an order that includes one of these products, expedited shipping is not a valid option for shipping.  

Shipping Times

After credit card verification, your order will be shipped based on the content of your order as listed below.  

Standard Shipping:

• Ships in 1-2 business days for stock merchandise
• Ships in 4-5 business days customized product
• Standard shipping orders ship via ground delivery.

Expedited Shipping:

• Ships in 1-2 business days
• Customized and engraved products will ship via 2nd day air but this does not affect the 4-5 business days to manufacture the custom product.
• Please note that due to shipping regulations there are products that are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Overnight Shipping:

• Generally ships by next business day, some exceptions may apply.
• Customized and engraved products will ship via next day air AFTER the 4-5 business days needed to manufacture the custom product.
• Please note that due to shipping regulations there are products that are not eligible for overnight shipping.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We are closed major holidays.

Zippo products are crafted with utmost quality and integrity. We stand behind the excellence of our products. However, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.

If you purchased your Zippo product from an authorized Zippo or Case retailer, contact that retailer for details of their return policy.  Zippo.in does not accept returns for merchandise purchased through retail locations.

Customized Products

Engraved or customized merchandise CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
