1. About Us

Zippo India is the authorised distributor of genuine Zippo products in India. All products sold through this website are authentic and sourced directly from Zippo Manufacturing Company, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Zippo India. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. Zippo lighters and accessories are intended for adult use only and must be kept out of reach of children.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may exist.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

  • An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Full refunds will be issued for any cancelled orders.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, or circumstances beyond our control. Zippo India is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

7. Warranty

All genuine Zippo windproof lighters are covered by Zippo's unconditional lifetime guarantee on mechanical defects, honoured through Zippo India's authorised service network. See our Warranty & Repair page for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the Zippo logo, and product designs — is the intellectual property of Zippo Manufacturing Company or Zippo India. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Zippo India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
